**Professional Biography – BYIRINGIRO Justin**

BYIRINGIRO Justin is an agribusiness professional, development practitioner, and consultant with experience in agricultural extension, youth empowerment, entrepreneurship, and rural development. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness and is pursuing a Master's degree in International Development Studies. Throughout his career, Justin has worked with projects focused on youth employment, agricultural value chain development, and farmer capacity building across Rwanda.

As a Field Officer and Agribusiness Coach, he has supported farmers, agribusiness entrepreneurs, and youth groups through training, coaching, market linkage facilitation, and business development services. His expertise includes agribusiness management, agriculture marketing, project implementation, data collection, stakeholder engagement, and community development.

Justin is passionate about modernizing agriculture in Rwanda and transforming it into a profitable and sustainable sector. He aspires to establish a consulting company specializing in agribusiness and environmental conservation while creating employment opportunities for young graduates. His vision is to contribute to inclusive economic growth through innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainable agricultural development.

Outside his professional work, Justin enjoys learning new skills, traveling, watching documentaries, engaging in meaningful discussions, and following football. He is recognized for his adaptability, creativity, strong work ethic, and commitment to continuous learning and positive social impact.
