I’m currently working as Assistant Director of the Sustainability Institute at Florida A&M University, USA. My work explores socio-agroecological activities and their implications for sustainable agriculture and resilient agroecosystems from local to global scales, including geospatial artificial intelligence (Geo-AI), remote sensing, and the water-energy-food-biodiversity-health (WEFBH) nexus. All of these efforts converge in my main goal: assessing the impacts of multiple shocks on agri-food systems while informing sustainable stewardship of dry environments.
