Dr. Victor holds a PHD in Co-operative Business (Finance) at The Co-operative University of Kenya, Currently undertaking a Master’s Degree in Taxation and Customs Administration at Moi University, holds a master’s degree in Co-operative Management from The Co-operative University of Kenya, Masters in Business Administration (Finance) from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, Bachelor of Co-operative Business (Finance) from The Co-operative University of Kenya among other academic qualifications. He over 11 years training and capacity building experience in Financial Management, Co- operative Business, Leadership and Governance in Cooperatives, Resource Mobilization, Policy Development and Micro Finance Business. He is engaged in research and has published in the field of Finance, Co-operatives and presented papers in conferences. Dr. Victor has a great passion in Co-operative Finance, Taxation in Cooperatives, Leadership and Governance in Co-operatives, Project Management, Strategic Management, Co-operatives/Micro finances and is involved in mentoring and coaching fellow young people and women to believe in themselves, transform their mindset, generate unique ideas, identify viable innovative co-operatives opportunities and engage their full potential to make their livelihoods and to realize their dreams.
