LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND THE WELL-BEING OF THE ORGANIZATION

This article exposes the relationship between the leadership development and the success of the organization. The article reveals also the importance of the leadership development in the organization. In addition to that, priory to the leadership development, the leaders of the organizations should be carefully in identifying and selecting the people to be developed. Different literature contributed to this article and the data collected supported the outcome from literature. The article revealed that, in order to fulfill the mission, the organization should avoid a leader who don’t know how to develop other leaders, who don’t want to develop other leaders. And who don’t have the vision to develop other leaders. Finally, this article contributed on the importance of the leadership preparation for the success of the organization.
