  • Manuscripts should be written in English and must be original, unpublished work not under consideration elsewhere.
  • All submissions should be formatted according to the EAJST template, available here.
  • Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).

1.2 Manuscript Structure

  • Title Page: The title page should include the title of the manuscript, author names and affiliations, and the corresponding author’s contact information.

ii. Materials and Methods:

The materials and methods section should provide sufficient detail about your materials and methods to enable an independent researcher to reproduce your work. If the method you used has already been published, provide a summary and cite the original publication,

iii. Results:

Present your results clearly and concisely in a single section. Discuss the significance of your findings without redundancy, and minimize extensive citations and discussions of published literature

iv. Conclusion:

The conclusion section should present the main conclusions of your study.

v. Acknowledgements:

Include individuals who assisted with your research, such as language editing, writing, or proofreading, in the acknowledgements section. This section should be placed directly before the reference list in your document.

List all references cited in the text in APA style. Ensure all references are complete and accurate

  • Figures and tables should be numbered consecutively and included in the manuscript text where they are first mentioned.
  • Provide clear, descriptive captions for all figures and tables.
  • Figures should be submitted in high-resolution (300 dpi) format.

1.4 Ethical Considerations

  • Ensure that your research complies with ethical standards. For studies involving human or animal subjects, include a statement of ethical approval.

  • Revisions, if required, should be resubmitted within the specified timeframe.

3. Article Processing Charges (APC)

EAJST  does not require any Article Processing Charges and will publish well-prepared manuscripts free of charge if submitted in 2024. However, please note that if any manuscript requires English language editing and proofreading, there will be a nominal fee charged based on the length of the manuscript.

  • Carefully check the proofs for any errors or necessary corrections.
